Position Overview

We are looking for full-time High School Teachers to teach the following subjects:
Mathematics and Physics
The ideal candidates will be proficient in English and committed to incorporating Waldorf educational principles into their teaching. You will be teaching in grades 7, 8, 9 and have the opportunity to continue teaching the same group into grade 10, supporting them for the IGCSE exams.

Key Responsibilities

Teach the subjects to students in grades 7 to 9.
Guide students' academic, social, and emotional development as a guardian teacher.
Deliver Waldorf-aligned lessons using artistic approaches to learning.
Support students in their IGCSE exam preparation.
Work collaboratively with other faculty members and participate in curriculum development.
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school festivals and events, and contributing to the Waldorf community.

Qualification Requirement

An undergraduate degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Teaching certification and/or qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with students aged 12-16.
Familiarity with Waldorf pedagogy.
Experience with or knowledge in the IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
Proficient and fluent in English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong classroom management skills.
