Why Join Forest House

Joining Forest House Waldorf School offers a rare opportunity to take part in the unfolding of Waldorf education in Asia. As a growing school, we are not only developing our own community, but also contributing to a wider movement bringing Waldorf education into new cultural contexts.

Rooted in a small and committed school community, this role invites deep, meaningful work with children, families, and colleagues. At the same time, Forest House is connected to a wider network of Waldorf educators and institutions — including the Hague Circle and professional communities across the world and Mainland China — creating opportunities for dialogue, exchange, and future development.

Situated near the natural landscape of Sai Kung while connected to Hong Kong’s dynamic international environment, the school offers a unique setting in which educational, cultural, and social perspectives meet. This position offers the possibility not only to lead a school, but to help shape how Waldorf education can grow, evolve, and take root in this region for the years to come.
