Position Overview
We seek a part-time High School English Teacher. The successful candidate will possess strong proficiency in English and show a commitment to Waldorf educational principles. Responsibilities include teaching grades 7–9, with the option to continue with the same cohort into grade 10 to support their IGCSE preparation.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach English (grades 7–9), part-time.
• Deliver Waldorf arts-based lessons (story, drama, movement, visual arts).
• Link lessons to IGCSE skills and exam practice.
• Differentiate instruction and assessment.
• Plan main-lesson blocks and short lessons.
• Collaborate on curriculum and cross-curricular units.
• Attend faculty meetings and professional development when available.
• Support festivals and performances as available.
• Track progress, give feedback, and communicate with parents.
• Maintain a safe, Waldorf-aligned classroom.
• Assist with extracurricular literary/drama activities when possible.

Qualification Requirement
An undergraduate degree or higher in English language and literacy.
Teaching certification and/or qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with students aged 12-16.
Familiarity with Waldorf pedagogy.
Experience with or knowledge in the IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
Proficient and fluent in English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong classroom management skills.
